  • What new skills have you recently learned regarding this role? How did you go about learning it? 

  • How do you stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques?

  • What kind of feedback have you received from colleagues, managers, or supervisors?

  • If you were to appear on the news about “Story of Your Life”, what would the headline say?

Probing Questions:

  • Could you give an example of a mistake you’ve made in the past and how you effectively dealt with it? How did you come to this conclusion?

  • Tell me more about your previous job experiences. (Could you elaborate on why was it an enjoyable experience?)

Situational Questions:

  • If your supervisor asked you to do something that you disagreed with, but it is neither illegal nor immoral, what would you do?

  • If I were to hire you, what are the three things you will do immediately?

  • If you noticed that a colleague made a mistake, how would you address it?

Behavioural Questions 

  • Tell me about a time you had to collaborate with a colleague who was difficult to work with. How did you adapt to collaborate better?

  • Tell me about a time you did something that is beyond what is expected of you.

  • Highlight something you pursued with determination to demonstrate you have the grit to succeed in growth marketing.

  • Tell me about a time you reached a big goal at work. How did you reach it? What are the challenges faced and how did you overcome it?

  • Tell me about a time when you faced a stressful situation or problem in your past work experiences. 

  • Describe a situation where you weren’t satisfied with your job or job performance. What could have made it better? 

  • Describe a long-term project that you’ve managed. How did you make sure everything was running smoothly and on the right track?

  • Could you tell me how you wish you would handle a situation differently with a colleague, superior, or client?
